The overall aim of the course is for you as a dentist to improve your Swedish oral proficiency and comprehension skills in order to ensure excellent patient communication. The course takes a practical approach where the small group of the class will ensure you to practice your spoken- as well as comprehension skills. Most classes use conversation exercises and role play interwoven with exercises to improve vocabulary and grammar. Plenty of individual feedback is given and each class holds flexibility to be tailored from the different topics and questions that come up from students. Besides improving your communication skills with patients, the course will also set you up for success for the oral practical exam (OSCE) in Swedish. Test your level here.
